Deep Groove Ball Bearings

Deep groove ball bearings are the most common type of bearings, mainly used for pure radial loads, but they can also bear radial loads with relatively small axial loads. The friction coefficient of deep groove ball bearings is small, but the limit speed is high. Deep groove ball bearings have simple structure and low manufacturing cost. They are widely used in gearboxes, instruments, electric motors, household appliances, internal combustion engines, transportation vehicles, agricultural machinery, construction machinery and construction machinery.

Single row deep groove ball Bearings

Deep groove ball bearings are non-separable bearings. This type of bearing has the advantages of simple structure, no need for frequent maintenance during work, and the price is relatively cheap. It is an extremely widely used radial bearing, suitable for use under high-speed operating conditions.
The inner and outer rings of single row deep groove ball bearings have deep groove raceways. The deep groove raceway and the excellent closeness between the raceway and the steel ball enable this type of bearing to bear a certain bidirectional axial load while bearing the radial load. When the radial clearance of the bearing is appropriately increased, the ability to withstand the axial load is increased. Therefore, it can sometimes be used to replace the angular contact ball bearing running at high speed.

Double row deep groove ball Bearings

Double row deep groove ball bearings correspond in design to single row deep groove ball bearings. They have deep uninterrupted raceways and high conformity between the balls and raceways. They are able to carry axial loads acting in both directions in addition to radial loads. double row deep groove ball bearings are very suitable for bearing arrangements where the load carrying capacity of a single row bearing is inadequate. For the same bore and outside diameter, double row bearings are slightly wider than single row bearings in the 62 and 63 series, but have a considerably higher load carrying capacity. Double row deep groove ball bearings are only available as open bearings (without seals or shields).
